i wouldnt let a stupid honor code make me use a lesser weapon and put me at a disadavantage a ranged weapon will always be supior to a melee weapon plain and simple even against jedi
I can count the number of Jedi who have died by blaster bolt on one hand, whereas the number of gun-wielding evil-doers who have fallen by a Jedi's lightsaber is countless.
but there still at a disadvantage since there using a melee weapon why cant they just shoot them instead of charging them it puts you in a bad place so why do they prefer lightsabers athough i have a theory why they use it 1 if you deflect all the laser bolts there fucked 2 you going to get in close quarters anyways and 3 your more likely to get killed in a gun to gun fight but with lightsaber vs gun you can block ncoming attscks making a higher chance of survival better tell me if im right
