Ron Paul has stated that he wants to gradually pull us away from all socialism but you can't cut the last two generations off because they have come to rely on it. If he pulled our empire home and dealt with those issues, he could have his VP take care of the social programs. Like an Edwards or Kucinich.

You are right, the Dem as Paul's VP would be Gravel, maybe Kicinich. Edwards is pure socialism: meaning that a government big enough to give you anything you want can also take it away..if the government wants. Kuninich needs to respect the 2nd amendment and socialism health care, otherwise he's ok.
