This is totally random amor, but i love mexican food, like the real mexican food lol and i like the cultures and the good times they have, im romanian and its kinda awesome to share things, closest thing to mexican food that romanian has is called Sarmale, and they are sort of like tamales or burritos but made with grape leaves even though accually they are totally different....anyways i love peace and sharing cultures with many :D
@cuklearbomb Yeah... that's fine. Kind of like lucumades or what ever they are called. The greek balls of meet on grape leaves. I am all for mixing it up. My wife is greek and we have the best Carnitas with Satziki ever.
There is absolutely nothing authentically Mexican about this. and no, I wouldn't care had he not gone out of his way to call it a "traditional Mexican recipe" and even title the video as such.
that's lazy fat american food, besides we mexicans dont eat cream in our burritos, quesadilla, tacos etc....stop calling authentic or traditional wanna see something authentic? come to my house i'll make some sopes and mole so you really eat mexican food
Mexicans are a mixture of Spanish, black, and native Indians. I know that be because I am one. The food we are seeing here is not authentic Mexican food. It is a variation.
But Mexica or Aztec food was not like modern Mexican food at all. Mexican food takes a lot of the Spanish ingredients and traditions. We also take a lot from the French, the Italian and even the British.
Why are they calling this "traditional" Mexican? From where in Mexico do they make this funny looking thing? "Traditional" Texan maybe. Hey, I can put a jalapeno pepper on a cheeseburger but that doesn't make it Mexican.
how can you call this traditional mexican recipes?? here in mexico there's no such thing as a chicken quesadilla
a quesadilla is just tortilla and cheese, and sour cream is not unknown here, please don't talk about things you don't know. if you can, come to mexico and you'll see that all you call mexican food only exists in the US
I've used this restaurant for over 10 years and i can say hand on my heart this is a great Tex Mex venue for anyone wanting good Mexican food! (Well prepared Andras!) best wishes to all at "IGUANA" BUDAPEST. John.
HAHAHAHAHA so sad how Mexican cooking is being bastardized the world over.. If you ever have the chance to travel go to TJ and try some of their local FISH or SHRIMP TACOS.. now that is some good eatin
Lol, that nullifies this whole video. I think Mexican food tastes better without sour cream anyway. I just wish that authentic restaurants weren't so hard to find.
Looks good. Not all Mexicans Use the same recipe

Unless you eat what the Aztecs ate, then your eating a variation of "Mexican" food.
Do you think native people told the Spanish..were not going to eat Pork or Beef cuz its not Mexican. No the adapted it into there native cusine...
So If some guy in Hungary wants to make a Quesadilla, You tell Him its not authentic...Know your History
