I had no trouble hearing her - on other video's people complain about her quiet voice - no offence but is your hearing in the higher end damaged? just asking because it's common for older men.

Place many pieces on and then use a board and a rubber hammer to gently tamp down all at once, then you can level as you go and when working in this direct method this assures a neat flat surface (of course this is if most tiles are of similar height and a flat surface is what you are looking for).

Wish the sound worked? By the way, if you push too hard there will be no glue left to stick the two parts together as it is all squshed out A gentle pressure is best and to push each one in individually also makes for an uneven surface.
