I take mine out every night and back in in the morning, this has the same effect and it also gives the lobes more elasticity making futures stretches far easier, I'm at 1 3/8 on my way to 1 1/2

Hey bro I have a quick question. So I was at 1/2 in and my dream size is 3/4. While I was at 1/2 my lobes looked pretty thin so I started to downsize. I left my plugs out for three or four days and they shrunk all the way back down to a 0. I stayed there for a month and am now at a 00. Te only problem is, my ears don't look nearly as thick as I thought they would be after this so I was just wondering if you had any advice for someone in my situation. Anything at all would be appreciated.

@Sethsilva13 The only thing you truly can do is downsize for 6 months to 18 months (it just depends on how bad you treated your ears) and massage your earlobes every single day with Holey butt'r, Emu, Jojoba, Vitamin e Oil or Extra Virgin Olive oil.

And if you decide to stretch again, wait about 4+ months between stretches, don't use tapers. Only use Bondage tape, or PTFE Plumbers Tape to wrap your earrings.

Scar tissue will not stretch so easily, thus creating thinned out portions.

i have the same problem with my ears, circulation troubles where my ear turns purple on the bottom, my ears are alot thinner on the back than they are in the front and are definatley to thin where the farthest point hangs. i was stretching to 5/8ths when my ears started doing that. i'm downsizing about 6mm, but my ears are taking a long time to shrink haha, so i shouldn't wear plugs for a full week? not even the size i'm downsizing too?

Actually for most people stretchers 8mm and under will go back to normal with enough time..
