Here's why: It would not make sense to say "Universal Mathematics" because there is no difference between the representation of Math in Iran and that in elsewhere; however, due to restrictions, representation of art in Iran barely resembles that of anywhere else in the universe, although IT SHOULD be the same-just like it is for math.
