I think this is the only video of this interview I've seen where no one bashes McCoy, especially from 'Bama fans. I really don't understand why anyone would feel the need to put forth the effort to bash him in the first place after an interview like this anyways. I believe Texas would have won with him in there, but I know it's impossible to tell, but that's me just being a Texas fan.
We need more people like him in the world, that is really awesome how, throughout the injury, and the loss of the game, he thanks God and congrats the other team. That is truly amazing. God Bless you Colt!!
What an enduring image of Christianity this is! I couldn't be more proud of Colt for giving honor to God for his lifetime of success even after a heartbreaking injury and loss. This guy has an amazing faith, maturity, and the utmost class. What a testament to God's presence in a life.
Thanks to Colt for being so proud of God's work, and for his humility. People need to see that in this world, and it takes a lot of guts to have faith when it hurts.
I'm a big Alabama fan, but Colt is very much a very classy person, and a great football player. I can't imagine what it must have felt like to have to watch from the sidelines for him, but it had to be very hard, and very disappointing. You can't help but feel for him.
I really think Alabama won the game because Colt was hurt early. Gilbert was 15 of 40 with 4 interceptions and had it pretty damn close at the end. Now, no one can ever really know what woud have happened, but I think its pretty obvious that McCoy would have at least made the game damn close at the end.
Props to Alabama and everything, but this was not the game that it should have been. Whether they would have won or not, Alabama got lucky.
@fullnelson9999 it wasnt that alabama got lucky. if you go back to the 3rd you will see that every drive we had all we did was run up the middle. Alabama was content with their led and wanted to run the clock out. When texas were finally able to get it close alabama went out and finished. if colt was in bama would not have been son conservative
Colt is a class act. I'm a big Alabama fan but i know it sucks if you get hurt in the National Championship game. I don't think it's fair to say that Texas would of won if colt hadn't of gotten hurt though. no one knows that. Give credit to bama, sure it was rocky at times but they got the job done. Colt will be successful in the NFL, he's not done for. ROLL TIDE ROLL. prayin' that colt's shoulder will be ok soon!
alabama won it fair but ik they r hurting knowing that they beat texas when colt was out and had to go up against a freshman. he is an outstanding person
This is class. He is a great athlete and it is awesome that he lives his life with the proper perspective. I think everyone, including Alabama fans, were hurting for that kid when he couldn't continue on and play. Again, Colt McCoy is a class act.
Did you listen to what he said?

Good luck to Colt going forward. He gave the 40 Acres four outstanding years. Wish he'd had the chance to go out and play 60 minutes - win or lose.
