The fact that this series consist only of 52 series is such a shame.

Captain tsubasa is one of a very good show with quite a number of fans.

Since this was made as an commercial for world cup in 2002, the continuity of the episode was impossible at those time, as it might offend some party. (If now they want, maybe they could)

I really wish that they could just skip the world cup and continue the episode somehow. Nevertheless, it's just so disappointing... I really love it though..

@HIbleda This was specially made for thw FIFA world cup of 2002 that took place on Japan and Korea, they did not want to assume how the world cup would be. Thius was only a strategy to make world cup more famous because soccer is not popular in japan. Dont expect more episodes, this was only made for comercial issues and they wont continue it.

This is gonna be a long and nostalgic comment. But, I'm really greatful for this video sharing, thank you so much Informer. Even though it's an almost crappy anime if you read the storyline, which is really, but really, predictive and see the graphyc, it was one of my first anime on tv (after Dragon Ball and Pokemon).

Even with the shitty subs, I could understand and bring my nostalgic childhood memories back.

Schneider, Santana, Roberto, Wakabayashi, Wakashimazu, Huega, Misugi, Diaz, Pierre, Takeshi, Aoi. That were the best characters, imo. Oh well, Tsubasa is pretty boring, but his technics are good. We all know what would happen in the next episods if they'd exist. They'd fight till end and gain some more experience, then Rivaul would give up soccer so Tsubasa will try to be no. 1 in Spain, Europe.
