@xXMollyMinxXx in FM you get to fight secret Bosses (like Roxes and Terra's Armor) and there are more Extra cutscenes. plus there are more KeyBlades in FM

Final Mix has secret boss battles, like Terra, more scenes, you are able to face ALL of the Organization Members, including Roxas, having a totally secret area with very strong enemies which ends with the area where you are able to face any Organization Member any number of times you want, extra Keyblades, one more Form for Sora, and a longer trailer for Birth by Sleep.
