  • i bought it at walmart for 20 bucks im onday 47 :) and its 6 bucks at ross -.-

  • I like the system so far doing it and posting my videos daily on my page to see if I truly get ripped in only 90 days.

  • may seem like a p90x rip off but this is legit...and for $20? its worth it. i like p90x but remember its $150

  • @Supreme90R it really is for toning im already 2 weeks in i only lost 3 lbs but my pants are already looser and my muscles are bigger. meaning i lost the fat but kept the weight in muscle.

  • @Chilax congrads .. good for you!

  • check out 90 day fitness challenge- watch or help me tighten and tone

  • can anybody recommend the amount of weight for dumbbells i need? and is there pull-ups in this program?

  • @ericinghammontevista no pull ups you need an exercise ball. as for the weights need to know if you are a girl or a guy and how strong you already are. if you are a girl you want to slim and tone so you should buy weights from 5-15 lbs. if you are a guy who wants to bulk up and look better 10-30.

  • This is a great work out program. It has a great warm up and cool down that is very helpful.

  • just got it yesterday and love it ! price is unbeatable and have to say it's really hard but that's the good thing chest in back will shock your body if you haven't workout in awhile and really burn

  • Good program, but I'm convinced that Tom is the single most annoying person in existence. He's like every gym teacher you've ever had and despised since you were in first grade times a thousand.

  • I got this today @ Walgreens for .......$4.95 on clearance! !! Sweet I hope it works!!

  • @TheBellavita85 That's a good price. It's a good program. Never let a workout work you, you have to workout the program.

  • @TheBellavita85 and i was braging i got it for 14.99 wish my walgreens had it on clearance. damn you paid 50 cents a dvd with a workout book

  • Get this program it works really really good...im only on day SEVEN and my coworkers have said they can already see that I lost weight

  • wow! this seems like P90x and Insanity and a little of turbo fire (inferno) for $19.99 I just saw this at Bed Bath and beyond for only $19.99 and I can use my $5.00 coupon! I did P90x and Insanity and cant wait to try this!

  • i ordered mine from the website..i would suggest getting it from the store since it take about 3 weeks to get the disks.

  • They sell this at Bed Bath and Beyond, so buy from there instead of the S90 website. And BB&B always have coupons so you can get it for even less!

  • Sounds like p90x to me

  • target $20

  • I think that this is a good buy! most complaints are ordering online or via phone. But if you buy it from a store, Dunham's Sports, Target, and others, you are paying the same price, without shipping and handling and have it instantly. I think no matter what, it will work, IF YOU WORK. If you are not pushing yourself but taking it easy, of course you are not going to see the results you want! I think this beats paying $100+ for a similar product. Not tried the protein, b/c I have one I like :)

  • who has finished or is halfway fmdone with this program and has seen good results

  • Everyone keeps saying that the company is awful to deal with. FYI you can go to Walgreens, Bed Bath and Beyond, and I've heard that Best Buy has them. I got mine from Bed Bath and Beyond. It was $19.99, and I did not have to pay shipping or deal with customer service. Haven't tried it yet.... even if these workouts aren't "quite" as good as p90x, it was still only $20. $100 cheaper than p90x.

  • this is not a scam ive been doing it for 4 days and i have already lost 9 pounds this is the best way to spend 20 bucks!!!

  • COPY CATS! THIS LITTLE WANNA BE P90X WORKOUT SYSTEM AND THEN THE GUY LOOKS LIKE TONY HORTON! YOU MUST GET A LAW SUIT! COPYRIGHTERS

  • @dannymachado25 lawsuit on wat? thats like ford suing toyota cuz they make cars too... its a mesocycle program, theres no copyright infringement here, p90x didnt invent 90 day workout programs

  • COPY CATS! THIS LITTLE WANNA BE P90X WORKOUT SYSTEM AND THEN THE GUY LOOKS LIKE TONY HORTON! YOU MUST GET A LAW SUIT! COPYRIGHTERS

  • I got it at walgreens for 20 bucxks, well worth the money!!

  • i bought this, and it is actually a good exercise program. all you haters out there need to buy this program before you hate on it...

  • This P90X rip off is pissing me off.

  • @cbignazty then stop watching the infomercial smh - n fyi its not a ripoff... ppl assume that simply cuz its affordably priced

  • @gstyleo1g

This is a ripoff, I was told about it and completely disappointed. They took the idea of "muscle confusion" which was first brought up by P90X. Then they decide to make it 90 days, this is a ripoff of P90X.

  • @cbignazty lol its not a ripoff, thats like saying ford were the first ones to make cars, so all other car brands r ripoffs... p90x didnt invent muscle confusion, thats been around for decades, neither did they invent mesocycle workout programs, they were jus the first to make a home video of it, doesnt mean they r the only ones allowed to make em, someone else made em, n trust me its legit

  • @gstyleo1g

This is a 100% rip off. Ford cars and other cars had different looks and different styles to them. This is another "90 day" program, first created by Tony and it has the same concept as "muscle confusion", first realized nationally and globally by Tony Horton. Without Tony and P90X most of the world would never know what muscle confusion is. So this is a cheaper crappier rip off

  • @cbignazty lol u obviously still r pretty new to the fitness world if u think tony was the first person to create the 90 day program and muscle confusion.... the concept has been around for decades, 90 day programs r mesocycle programs which hav been around before either of us was even been born... the world not knowing about muscle confusion, jus shows the power of an infomercial, dont confuse that w actually inventing the concept, which tony horton didnt - n fyi, the workouts r different

  • @gstyleo1g

workout dvds: $20, medium quality dumbell set: $100, medium size exercise ball: $30, medium quality post workout powder: $50.

12 main workout dvds, plus 4 bonus exercise dvds, three high quality workout, high quality post workout formula:$300. i'd rather pay the extra 100 knowing that i'm getting better quality products for better results

  • @cbignazty 3 high quality workouts? so all of em arent high quality?? lol - n an exercise ball is an exercise ball, which is $10...n post workout powder, im assuming u mean protein powder - which is it exactly? how can u say ur getting better quality products? the quality in certain products is miniscule... unless ur 10lb weight dont weigh 10lbs, then wats the diff? u dk wat ur talkin about. i get that ur lobbying for the prod that u like, but its obvious ur a noob by ur arguements

  • @cbignazty n the protein powder doesnt come w the original order w p90x, u hav to add it to ur order which means it costs extra (n its not worth $300 - lol @ that), which is the same w 90 day... u also hav to buy the pull up bar n resistance bands for p90x. so ur pretty much getting the same thing but for a much more affordable price w 90 day

  • @cbignazty ive seen the postworkout protein powder that u can buy for p90x, n its sooo crappy, yet its so over-priced ($50 for a powder that only has whey protein?? lol) u got ripped off buddy - w $25 u can buy syntha-6 which is one of the top of the line protein powders ull find - smh @ p90x taking advantage of youngins makin em believe they getting a good deal

  • @gstyleo1g

actually the p90x recovery formula is one of the best products you can have. unless you're a bodybuilder, you don't need 300g of protein a day. muscle recovery isn't just in protein, it's in vitamins, proteins, carbs, fats, and amino acids, which the recovery formula contains all of that. oh and actually one of the top of the line products is the optimum nutrition hydrowhey which is $100. that's real quality, not that stuff you use.

  • @cbignazty like i said, ive see the ingredients of their formula, its not worth the $50, wat makes u think its so good? all it has is whey protein, its not even an isolate smh... recovery is in protein bud, u need to brush up on ur nutrition, carbs r for glycogen replenishment... n i dk where ur getting ur syntha6, but go ahead n chek out the vitaminshoppe site n ull c they hav 5lb for $40, n the 3lb (30 serv) for $26... n hydrowhey is $63 for 5lb, ur getting ripped off wherever u get ur supps

  • @gstyleo1g

those are exactly what's inside it. i did copy and paste because i don't know how to spell them but i actually research things before i buy them and how about you explain to me everything that's inside syntha-6.

  • @cbignazty n wat makes u think hydrowhey is better than syntha-6? smh u really need to look into these things more - the hydrowhey is a whey protein isolate which is a fast digesting protein, but thats the only kind of protein it has... where as the syntha-6 has over 6 diff types of proteins, combining slow, medium, n fast digesting protein, for maximal protein synthesis

  • @gstyleo1g

oh and that syntha-6 is way more than $25. a small 2lb container is like $40, let alone the larger $70 container

  • @gstyleo1g

hydrowhey actually has loads of components for you to help build muscle quicker. it's a finer powder so it digests better and all of the supplement is used, Tryptophan, Valine, Threonine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Phenylalanine, Methionine, Arginine, Cystine, Tyrosine, Histidine, Proline, Glutamine & Precursors, Aspartic Acid, Serine, Glycine, and Alanine are all substantial amino acids and other minerals in your system you need to help recover your muscles. do some research buddy

  • @cbignazty lol i dk where ur getting ur info from, but hydrowhey only uses branched chain aminos which is L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine - so once again, u hav failed to make a valid pt - from the looks of it, seems like u jus copied n pasted, but dont fully understand the info - n minerals n vitamins arent used for muscle recovery, i dk where u got that idea from... im ending this ridiculous bak n forth, cuz its obvious u dk wat ur talkin about on any of the subjects, ur jus speculating

  • @gstyleo1g

i'm not saying it doesn't work, and a couple workouts on the p90x one on one series has a ball and p90x mc2 (the true fitness revolution of the decade) will have stability ball workouts in it. The thing is, do the supreme 90 day workouts come with the weights and ball. and it's better to go hard for 4 straight workout moves, rest for 30 to 60 seconds so you can recover and do phenomenal on the next 4 workout moves, so if it takes an hour to go push your best then so be it.

  • @cbignazty by 4 str8 workout moves, i imagine u mean circuits, in which case 90 days does circuit training, jus less rest time, to maximize the intensity n compact it in a 30 min workout, which i find a bit more convenient (personally) - n im not saying that u think it doesnt work - theres no way of knowing if something actually works or not unless u try it for urself... but the workouts hav minimal rest, work for 30 sec, rest for 10. n no, no ball or weights, go to walmart for those - $40

  • @cbignazty

I understand that and I didn't say that muscle confusion didn't exist until Tony Horton. I'm saying that P90X is what expanded muscle confusion to other people. Name me another 90 day muscle confusion system before P90X. Oh and almost all of the supreme 90 day workout dvds are the same as P90X.

  • @cbignazty so if i make more ppl aware of, lets say - foot fungus n the treatment for it - does that mean that no one besides dr scholls (if thats who i were) is allowed to come out w their own remedy, or else its considered a rip? lol get over urselves

  • @cbignazty this definately is not a ripoff...i bought mine at bed bath and beyond for $20...bought a stability ball for $10 and sum dumbbells...videos are descent quality....workouts are tough...especially the tabata inferno...and for $20 its a steal

  • @gstyleo1g

Supreme 90: Chest and Back, Shoulders and Arms, Cardio Challenge, Legs, Core Dynamic, Back and Bi, Chest Shoulders and Triceps, Supreme Rock Hard Abs

P90X: Chest and Back, Shoulders and Arms, Cadio/Plyometrics, Legs and Back, Core Synergistic, Back and Biceps, Chest Shoulders and Triceps, Ab Ripper X.

That's 8 out of their 11 workouts and I'm not even sure what that Tabata workout is. Oh and P90X plus has a total body workout. So there's 9.

  • @cbignazty lol the names on the dvds may b similar, but the workouts (the actual exercises) arent the same... of course they r gonna hav same dvds like back n bis - it makes sense to hav those 2 together cuz theyre polar muscle groups. this proves my pt that ur still quite new to the fitness world. but jus cuz u made something more popular doesnt mean u hav the sole right to something n everything else is a rip, thats all they did, jus make more ppl aware of it

  • @cbignazty im sure u hav a 20 to spare - get it @ target or walgreens (ull also need a balance ball) - the tabata inferno is insane, i hav done it 3x n hav yet to get thru it w/o taking a break

p90x from wat i hear doesnt use a ball, n their workouts r about +1hr long... 90 day the workouts r 30 min of str8 non stop work (45min w the warm up n cool down) - get it, wat do u hav to lose?

  • Worth the money. Finished P90X in Jan and can't say anything bad about it--good program. Just got this one last week. Have only done 3 workouts and THEY ARE GOOD. Did the tabata inferno and didn't think I would make it to the end(did I mention I just finished P90X?) Think this cardio and Inferno are better than the "X" cardio and Kenpo. If nothing else I have a good replacement for those for less $ than the P90X-Plus. So far this is comparable to the"X and you really can't go wrong with $20

  • @Thumper43230 yea the tabata inferno is pretty insane, same here i didnt think i was gonna make it to the end either.

  • it's not a scam. you can get the 10 dvds from walgreens (where i got mine) or bed bath and beyond (where i first saw it). with any product you see on tv, wait 6 months. I always see it in walgreens in their as seen on tv aisle 6 months later, also, supreme 90 day is not a p90x clone, they're similar but quite different. as for the hard rock abs video, i'm still waiting for it to come in.... >_>

  • You can buy this from Bed, bath, and Beyond and not deal w/ their website. Mush faster, no extra charges. Call their 800 number and ask for SKU 18109743.

  • what do i need for this?

  • @mad3moyer - beach body cant sue... they dont own the rights to "muscle confusion workouts". Beachbody is just a NAME BRAND - EVERYTHING made has a "generic version" from food to prescriptions to makeup. and guess what... its ALL the same... many generics are even MADE in the SAME place as the name brand and labeled differently (obviously not this program... but its the same point)

i dont know what the big fuss is about when people say its a RIPOFF of p90x .. anything popular has a duplicate

  • Thank you all for the advise on NOT buying it from the website. I will try to find it at Walgreens or BBB.

  • the video alone is great..its been kickin my ass..im not for spendin 120 on somthin..so 20 was great. the only thing i didnt like was i ordered it an it took over a month to actually come out of my bank account..but once it did, i got the dvds a couple days later.

  • I am starting to use this and for me it is working. you have to give it your 100 percent so I think paying for it is worth it!

  • do not buy this just get p90x

  • From what I have read, buying this off the website they tend to overcharge you, takes along time for delivery and lately some purchases have been cancelled by the compay and have been refunding their money.but on the plus side, you can buy this at Walgreens or Bed Bath and Beyond and the workouts seem pretty good. Less equipment than P90X, just dumbbells and a stability ball. I might give it a shot, I've spent a worse 20 dollars

  • I found Supreme 90 Day at Walgreens in my town, in the As Seen on TV section. I had to go to 3 different ones but I found it.

  • @mrniceguy50313 Oh you did does it work well is it worth it is it really

    20 bucks?

  • @58fenix for $20 its a steal, i woulda paid way more, well worth getting ;)

  • DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT FROM THE WEBSITE. They charge you an extra 20 for shipping and it still doesn't get to you when they say it will.

  • I just ordered it, and I was given the option for supplements, etc, I just clicked NO, and continued with order. All together the receipt which I printed shows a total of ($ 31.97). This is for the 10 dvd set, and the bonus dvd, plus the shipping & handling. The way I figure it is that it's basically the same as p90x (90 day muscle confusion workout program). $ 31.97 sure beats the $ 115.00++ price tag on p90x.

  • there is nothing new here and if you already have P90X and Insanity then save your money. I can tell by this video that it is a ripoff of those Programs.

  • Right on. I just didn't know till last night myself

  • Comment removed

  • I bought this, its pretty hard. im on my tenth day, i havent done all of the vids yet but there all only a half an hour. on the other end its really hard. since im only 15 and in school the nutrition guide is hard to follow bc its six meals a day.

I personally would buy it if i were u bc 20 bucks isnt gonna break ur bank.

  • @superdeath1997

    Hi,

I was just wondering how long did you actually receive it after you placed your order. I just placed my order yesterday Sunday. So how long do I have to wait?

  • @Rashel1967 Mine took forever i order it before christmas and got it 15 days ago. but i guess there was a backorder on them so, urs might come faster than mine did. just a heads up u need multiple dumbells and a fitness ball.

  • i bought it at walgreens and used it tonite and the first dvd had me almost throwin up lol and im a pretty athletic guy i play basketball everyday. also its a good program bcuz if u dont have the equipement needed 2 do the workouts they show substitutes to make up for it. also i will be postin up my result pics in 29 days so keep an eye out

  • I think just about any workout plan can work no matter if it's this, P90x, taebo, Denise Austin, or Jillian Michaels as long as you are putting in work

  • Its working for me. And i don't have to make that stupid P90X deuche bag X.

I'm on day 12 and I've lost 6lbs. I don't see what the ripoff is. It's not Rocket Surgery. I was a couch potato that started working out 45 minutes a day and eating better. Of course it works.

  • you can purchase this from your local walgreens or bed bath and beyond. i just got mine from bed bath and beyond with coupon and i only paid about $17 for it. so far i like the workout and it is shorter than P90X,which i have done before.

  • @Oyekade meeee too!

  • DONT BUY IT..... P90X WANNABESS... YOU CAN DOWNLOAD ALL DVD'S ONLINE... JUST LOOK FOR THEM IN RAPIDSHARE OR HOTFILE.....

  • P90X ripoff...ive ever seen anything as blatantly ripped off before. Ive done P90X 3 times and have gotten crazy results. Something that work extremely well is called 'Insanity' which is made by the same people as P90X (BeachBody) and they are just as they are described...insane. look it up, a tad cheaper than P90X but so worth it.

  • In the Past year I have done 1 round of Power 90, and 2 rounds of P90X. I bought Superme 90 out of curiosity because it did seem like a rip-off of P90X. For $20 what did I have to lose. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how well produced the program is. It's a good compliment to P90X. Supreme 90 is more geared towards body toning and fat loss using circuit training and compound movements. It requires dumbbells and an exercise ball.

  • how long does it take to arrive?/?? i orederd mine jan 14 n has not arrived

  • Im gettin this! i dont care if its a rip off or not.

  • @bobbyward24 I agree with you. I believe even if it worked a little, it would still be worth more than $20.

  • @RIPBobbyDeBarge I agree with you too. For $20 you cant beat it. I wasted $20 on worser things so why not buy it. If it does not work the then I would just be out of 20 bucks. Big deal.

  • i have it...it is really great. all you haters...its not a ripoff! it is just a cheaper version of p90x with the same/even better results!

  • Not even close to being a good rip off!! Look at the results -- pretty mediocre I'd say compared to p90x or any other -- If you can't afford p90x then get Tony's book, I think you'd be better off. Anything that gets you off the couch is good I suppose... Still think this will result in more sales for beachbody after people are disappointed.

  • p90x!!!!!!!! ur not x materiel

  • supreme90day $19.99 vs p90x @ $130......I'm tempted.

  • P90X rip off! Even the names of the workout DVDs to the style of infomercial. THEY WILL GET SUED! "MUSCLE CONFUSION" is copyright of BeachBody & P90X! lmfao!!!!

  • @ernielight muscle confusion is a concept that has been around before P90X

  • @cyofish I am aware of that. BUT BeachBody owns the rights to the TERM "muscle confusion".

  • @ernielight It's not something they can own the rights to. Exercise & Fitness guru Joe Weider, who mentored Arnold Schwarzenegger, coined the term back in the 1960s. It's just a system of changing up your workout to keep the body from adapting to a specific movement. There are many different fitness programs and fitness professionals that use this term.

  • DO NOT, DO NOT DO NOT BUY THESE DVDS!!!IT IS A SCAM! THEY CHARGE YOU LIKE $25 W/ SHIPPING BUT THEN THEY START CHARGING YOUR CC FOR OTHER THINGS LIKE SUPPLEMENTS W/OUT YOUR OK! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AS WELL! THEY SAY THEY ARE THE "AS SEEN ON TV" SERIES BUT THAT COMPANY DOES NOT WORK WITH THEM. WAIT UNTIL YOU CAN GET THESE SOMEWHERE ELSE BESIDES THIS SORRY ASS WEBSITE! TRUST ME!!!!

  • @footyguy01 or u can get it at a walgreens for 19:99$ n save on the shipping n handling.

  • @footyguy01 hey how about saving yourself the time and anger and just buy this shit from bed bath and beyond.. still 20 dollars.. and none of the online bullshit

  • @jeffcon123

Lol I've since been told by quite a few people that this has hit the open market. When I first posted this a month ago I had yet to see it anywhere in stores & only read the horror stories about ripoffs online. Thanks for the heads up!

  • @footyguy01 I am thinking about buying it I just did insanity but what to try something

else.I could try p90 but dont have the cash to buy it.Are you saying it's a rip off because

of the site or is it because of the program.Does the program work. Can you really buy

    this at wallgreens?

  • @58fenix the program works (.)

  • @footyguy01 Just buy it from walgreens

  • I know this is a ripoff of P90X but I'm curious to try this. Can't beat the price. I have had bad experiences with Beachbody...they charge too much and when you return a product they keep s&h which is like $20. Plus their customer service is outsourced in India which irritates me. That's what keeps me from order P90X.

  • p90x supreme 90 days and insanity which is superior ?

  • Any1 know how long the vids are and what equipment u need to do them thx

  • @109lan approx 30 min long, and ull need a stability ball, dumbbells, and mat & medicine ball (both optional, but good to have)

  • I just bought it, let's see how it works. Total price of $41.98, because I did the expedited service. My parents have the P90X and they said it looks to be very similar only cheaper. I'll post once I receive the item

  • @beffer29

How is it coming so far? B/C i really want to get it but I wanna make sure it's worth getting.

    Thanks.

  • I've been to the website and it's very similiar to P90X. From the 20 sec previews of each DVD I watched, they use a balance ball for many of their exercises, something they don't use in P90X. Also, I saw some exercises that they don't use in P90X. However, no real reviews online? Only reports of overcharging and bad customer service. I'm very skeptical like everybody else, especially because of the price. Let's just wait and see what happens with this one.

  • @GWayt1111 i hav it, n its well worth the $20

  • Might want to take a look at the thousands of BBB reports on this company before giving them a credit card. Also, you cannot find ONE real online review from a customer who actually received the program.

Oh, and I'm sure a lawsuit from BeachBody is in the works, if not already going on.

  • @mad3moyer i received it

  • Whose the fitness model in the red? Now that's Inspiration!

  • S90D vs P90X

  • I like the price. Has anyone used it?

  • @labarbiedetumbis currently using it

  • the voice over guy sounds like Pablo Francisco

  • From looking at the moves it's more like a combination between p90x, chalean Extreme, and Insanity all in one. I know because I recognize those moves from all the videos I have from beachbody.

  • @kneenee71

i know right. that's the same thing i noticed. fuck it, it might be a good program.

  • It is a P90x rip off, but who doesn't copy others these days. The price is AWESOME!!!

  • You have 2 love the price!

  • is this a real song or was it made for the commercial?

  • anybody used this yet?

I know it is a P90X ripoff, but for the price, seems like it could introduce some new moves pretty inexpensively.

  • @reids99 I have used it and it is great it makes you work!

  • @reids99 i jus got mine n im on the third day, its no joke...from wat i see, w/ p90x ur paying for the brand, its still the same thing...i hav this n im on the third day, n for the price, its exceeded my expectations, im working harder than i thought i would b...n im not a beer belly dude, im active n hav been working out for yrs

  • p90x ripoff

  • P90 X with a different name. ?:-/
