Cold Start and off roading in the Chevy K5 6.2L Diesel

I'm checking out an 86 K5 6.2L with a 13inch lift with 42 boggers on it in a trade for my 79 z28. I cannot wait to own one of these beasts lol

damn your running alot of oil pressure! haha mine had the same problem, the guage was pegged..turned out it was unplugged from the sensor right behind the glow plug controller

i found a K5 Diesel in brownsville texas on craigslist, im thinking of trading or buying it there asking for $4000, its a non military one also which makes it more rare.

@idiforddiesel that is a steep price... in NICE condition I wouldn't think they are worth more than $2500-$3000... if you really want it definitely talk him down on the price. But driving a 6.2 is nothing like a ford IDI.

@blackhawk8427 ya im not much of a chevy person but the K5s are an exception, im probably gonna go test drive it, i probably wont trade it for my F250 because we already painted it and did other mods to it so all that for nothing if i trade it, but maybe will put an offer on it like $2800 or something, its in good condition but $4000 is a little pricy
