How are they dressed nice? Because in the dumpster you can find brand new clothing, jewelry, shoes, furniture, dishware, slightly edible food and fresh food. In college dumpsters you can find laptops, cameras, ipods, tons of valuables get tossed at the holidays. Waste is so widely acceptable in our culture that living off of American waste is easy as pie, so long as you have the nerve to dig through garbage. Practical to gather up your second-hand supplies while in urban areas.

Believe it or not they actually have myspaces. YES! The chick at 3:10 is Tattoo Annie. They just do this for fun, they run around, hop on trains, get drunk, take photos, get high, squat....whatever. A majority of the people in this vid choose to live this way. There is no reason for anyone to have pity for them; in fact it looks like fun! Other than being dirty, I personally would mind it.

everyone has a myspace I know your comment is old but having a myspace or anything technological in this day in age does not denote the person is doing well. Also not sure how being homeless looks fun or is fun.

I don't know... I was homeless for near 8 years...23 now. Aside from the marginalisation and the discrimination I'd say it was pretty damn fun.
p.s. tons of the kids in this vid. weren't really homeless.

@gardendrove822 agreed, i was a street kid for 2 years, and in that 2 years i travelled more, had more fun, and did more drugs than normal people would do in a fucking life time. Sad to say i grew out of it and things turned out for me
