Riddled with faults, rattly rapid wearing suspension bushing, massive write it off clutch change costs, drum brakes, rough and thirsty Zetec engines, crap headlights, paper soft bodywork, excessive road noise, silly cost inefficient option list inc daft adaptive damping. The Mondeo could out handle the Vectra but after 100,000 it feels baggy and ready for the crusher. The Vectra feels nicely tight and rattle free. The taxi drivers hate Mondeo's because they are built like cheese bricks.
I had the Mondeo Mk. 2 video, don't think it was very good in comparison - no techy stuff or anything like this one. IIRC it was just a few interviews. I don't have the tape anymore.
