@radoriproductions There is not one PK roll, you're probably saying about break fall after drop jump. It isn't the most sufficient for situation which Kadochnikov's showing. His roll takes much less space and doesn't create much momentum. I like this roll. It is very smooth.

Для меня он просто обычный человек, владеющий, так же как и я, приёмами боевого самбо, и демонстрирующий эти упражнения и приёмы.

Systema has been around for over 100 years, It is the system which is taught to Spetznaz and other. having a 30 martial arts background and multiple black belts, It is a real eye opener. Keep an open mind and learn. Close the mind and get the crap kicked out of you.

I`m not sure about "only ones", because they are have enough followers. As it said at "Aphorismes of Kadochnikov System": "...еhe system, which teaches you, have not previously existed". So, if you want to familiarize with low acrobatics more - come, I`m in Paris now.

Mr K and his son are the only ones in Systema who expalin why and how the movements are done. There are other fine practitioners and teachers out there, but I always learn from these clips even without a translation. Thanks for posting.
