Why is it you always see Men from Europe that are dancing Northern Traditional wearing a Mandan Headress (Mop Top.) If they knew the story behind it and where it came from, ect.. They would know it is an honor given to few to wear one. Not because they think it is cool or the last fashion in the Powwow world.
