@tazzym1 As far as the Consitution goes. It derives from "constitute" meaning to enact or create. Also, a Constitution cannot have any relevance unless the people give it such. The problem here is not that a piece of paper has "conned" the people, it's that the people has locked up their faith in the legal system, thrown away they key and forgotten to revise what they did.
