I realy want to help you but i bought Garry's mod 10 and i've nothing changed in the options .. and i have windows XP maybe your video card isn't good?? are the graphics in other games good? because when they are bad too its your video card i think but i'm not sure i'm not realy an computer genius (btw sry for my bad english not from england or america or whatever)
