@nemci7v carrots & celery add TEXTURE, the "zing" or lemon actually accentuates the flavor & the tuna is from a can so the "authentic" taste is questionable at best. not to mention tuna salad is a classic kid's lunch, so relax.
obviously.. what makes a meal healthy is the amount of vegetables in it. grilled chicken = unhealthy, grilled chicken with vegetables = healthy. what a stupid bitch
