Ok so I was thinking maybe she drugged Caylee and left her to sleep in the car while she was out partying, and the baby died.

My question is- where is the baby's car seat? Was it in the car when it was abandoned? There would be evidence on the seat yes?

Nope, I disagree. If she could keep her "composure" while cops told her that her baby is decomposing somewhere, then she could also keep her composure while chunking the body into a bonfire. And because she doesn't have any loyalties to people, she would have already pinned this on anyone who helped her if there was someone. Either Padilla is attributing human emotions & reasoning to a person who DOESN'T HAVE any humanity-or he's just dreaming up theories to keep himself in the spotlight.
