I just did the same, only because i dont have cash for actual tapers, I used two sharpie caps which taper to exactly 1/2 inch

so I'm no longer at 7/16 :DD

btw its a lot easier/ safer to stretch with silicone softwears than the thicker silicones

i'm so tired of people talking about how "you can't stretch with silicones or else it's the end of the world" and shit, i stretched to half inch with silicones, as long as you wait a reasonable ammount of time IT"S FINE, as long as your ear doesn't bleed...that's when it gets messy lol...happened to my girlfriend cuz she stretched too fast

i find silicone is the easiest way to go.

when i stretched to a 00, 7/16 and 1/2 i used silicone tunnels.

im guessing a taper which your not really supposed to use on the larger sizes.

you should try tape wrapping.

i did it from 0 to 00 then 00 to 7/16 and i  just dead stretched to 1/2

i know i know. i even knew that when i bought them. i stretched with silicone tunnels from 00 to 7/16s. th like the super stretchy squishy ones, i was suprised cause i had no problems. but thanks i def will :)
