  • I'd love to get my hands on the older Sega systems, I've never seen those out in the wild. And the power base converter would be nice as well

  • @sethious1 I've seen some Master Systems on amazon, but a compete set with all the wires and such is about 85, I wish I had more money :(

  • @sethious1 i found a power base converter at flea market for 25$ i also still have master system with 50 games from when i was a kid

  • @deniskenn that's awesome, I have a Sega Master system as well but it seems the card slot isn't working or maybe the game is fried I have for it. I'm up to 13 games after finding one late last year....always on the hunt for those :D

  • @sethious1 nice man,i got about 20 games in boxes with manuals for 10$ keep lookin and you find some cool shit!

  • @deniskenn Yeah I find collecting for it is damn cheap, and alot of mine are complete for instance I found Where in the world is carmen sandiego? for 69cents complete...not a great game really but it's still adding to my collection lol

  • @sethious1 awesome ya i have that one too isnt iit a white and blue label. theres so many good master system games that only released in europe/japan and a ton of them by tec toy in brazil

  • @deniskenn Yeah the cover art designs weren't exactly to die for lmao

  • Some of these aren't really console, just add-ons, handhelds, and peripherals.

I had so many of these things in this video. I was a huge Sega fan. I really miss their style. XBOX has some of that style, but MS doesn't take chances like Sega did.

  • I love that photo with the phaser AND the Smurfs cart; The smurfs cart would have been way better if you could blast the little bastards into oblivion. :)

  • @trickstamario Be a fanboy somewhere else please

  • @trickstamario Nintendo have had more sales than the sega, but Nintendo can not make quality games, the wii console 2011 is a graphics similar to that of a PS2 console in 2006 (I believe) and sega produced the Dreamcast console with the first support of online games and etc. the Sega revolutionized. SEGA Forever ( Sorry for my bad English! )

  • @naruktor saturn had online too

  • @goddessmodel yes but the dreamcast whas the first console to have build in modem

  • @trickstamario got to hell you fool

  • @trickstamario nintendo sucks they only like casual gamers

  • If Sega sucks and Nintendo rocks then why did you click on this video?

  • @trickstamario ur soo 1990... and SEGA Does what nintendont!!

  • There was a laserdisc player that came out in the mid-90's that played Genesis carts and CD-ROM's. I forgot what it was called, but they're super rare.

  • @Diskoboy1974 Pioneer LaserActive

  • question does game gear have to charge? Please Respond Me Back:)(:

  • @alirules2001 It uses batteries, about 6 I belelive, and ti chews them up really fast, but if you have an AC adapter that is compatible, you can just plug it into the wall and play

  • @SniperStorm7 Thanks:)

  • 2:27 wait a second, that's a model 1 genesis with a sega cd 2, and on the right there's a little extra bit so the genesis isnt hanging off the edge, I don't have one of those, what are they?

  • @PrrrromotionGiven Sorry, the extra bit is on the left side of the Genesis. Derp.

  • @PrrrromotionGiven It's just an extra piece of plastic that they sold for people that had model 1 Genesises, it's not really needed, the Genesis is still functional without it

  • i love how the music stopped when the Sega neptune came

  • Wow, they even made consoles for girls.

  • Original SG-1000: test-marketed 1981; official release July 15, 1983

    SC-3000: 1983

    SG-1000 II: July 1984

    SG-1000M3 (Mark III): October 1985

Master System: June 1986 (USA), 1987 (Japan)

Mega Drive/Genesis: October 29, 1988 (Japan), August 14/29, 1989 (USA) (Genesis name used in USA only)

Sega CD (aka Genesis Mega-CD): December 1991 (Japan), June/September 1992 (USA)

    Saturn: September 9, 1995

    Dreamcast: September 1999

  • neptune may not be the king of sea but it is the king of market fails

  • you should have put the release dates on

  • @SeventhSun Jesus, I can't even be nice on Youtube! What the fuck is your problem anyway? Pet ant died today?

  • Allright. Nice video. ;) Better qualityand more systems. :)

    Still one question,

There stands: Master system 2 compact, but on the system itself stands: Master system III compact.

  • @TheMeleeMaster21 Looks like a just screwed up there

  • Wow I didnt know all of these and I thought I was a major Sega Fanboy lol

  • Sega made some friggin weird systems...

  • You didn't include one of the Sega Saturn Revisions or the JVC X-Eye. :P

The Sega Saturn had two different models, not very different from one another, but different enough. The main noticeable difference is the shape of the buttons on the console. The Model 1 has round buttons where the Model 2 has ovalish buttons.

The JVC X-Eye was a device just like the Sega CDX, where it could play both Genesis and Sega CD games.

  • NONE OF THEM ARE FAKE DAMIT
