Has anyone ever questioned what right Alex has to capture wild fish ?? If I were to interfere with a wild salmon escapement I would be charged under the fishery act. Ms Morton is grasping at straws and comes on like eco tourism and other ocean users don't discharge sewage from their boats or throw their garbage in the ocean or shit in the woods for that matter. Don't see any photographs to prove half her claims.

DFO mismanagement is rampant. On Deman Island herring fishermen were discharging high powered rifles to kill sea lions and the RCMP and fisheries wouldn't even respond. The herring fishery is being mismanaged as badly as the east coast cod with the same potential impact on the marine ecosystem and wildlife that depend on them. Congratulations for your courageous work.
