Once again the American middle-class is under attack. The budget was balanced until Gov. Walker gave away $140+million in tax credits to businesses that financed his campaign. I have more respect for the crack dealers I put in prison. Police Officers and Firefighters didn't ask to be excluded from the bill and we stand with the hard-working men and women fighting for their rights.
I grew up in a family of Democrats but I identified with the Republican party based on fiscal responsibility. After years of voting Republican, I too had enough. George W. Bush made it very clear what the party was about, fleecing hard-working taxpayers and handing it over to the rich and big business. The Republican party doesn't even try to hide it. The American people will never have a voice until we can reform campaign finance and eliminate big business and lobbies from the equation.
