This is not a record, the rotations start as soon as he is on one hand, he performed 27 rounds of 1990 then 1 more round of 2000, if I am incorrect and the rotations begin as soon as a hand is placed to the ground then this is a world record (28), however if not, this is EQUAL to his previous record with 27 1990 rotations with an extra 2 handed rotation
