thats adas shotgun if you take it you cant press start or the game will freeze because leon isnt supposed to be able to own the shotgun and if you try to sell it the game will freeze it did on me theres also mine bullets that you can pick up and sell

It's called the Ditman glitch, you need to aim the striker and just as the beam comes up you need to go into your attache case and change the weapon. Leon moves a bit faster when this glitch is activated so that's one way to test if it works.

well the "ditman glitch" is a glitch that allows u to run,fire,knife,etc faster just aim ur striker and before the laser appears go to the inventory and equip other weapon

This is not action replay. It is a glitch commonly reffered to as "Ditman". I do not know why it is called this. It is very easy to do, it only requires the "Striker" and any other weapon, arm yourself with the striker and aim it, quickly, before the laser appears, push start, then equip a weapon besides the striker, now exit inventory and move around. You will have x1.5 speed.
