You should have made it taper more in the middle - leaving the ends a bit thicker still. That would have looked better - and maybe some snow on top to break the monotony of the ice, though leaving some gaps that you can see the transparency thru.

Going by creativity I'd say a 'Natural' bridge triumphs over any man-made bridges. So your Ice bridge may not win some contest, but is very Cool (pardon the pun) & awesome :D
