So how does one get the lcd screen off the backing plate??

when u get to the point where this video ends. you can start taking the screen off. theirs metal pins you need to take off i think there's 6. when those are off you need to get a blade or something thin to split the screen from the body itself cause there a very sticky adhesive keeping them together. buy the screen first so you can know how its suppose to look like when your taking them off.
