You are correct, evolution is a FACT. Therefore, it does not require your belief. Facts do not work like religion, it is not based solely on opinion or faith. It is not a matter of belief at all but data.
There is a lot of evidence for evolution (cellular biology, the evolution of micro-organisms, fossil records, and other evidence).

Atheists aren't the messengers of satan? no. But a lot of Religious believers are harsh to non believers.
But it does the mind good. and your life good, to know that there is no proof of God not existing or him existing..
All that is fact now about God, is that he may or may not exist. We don't know yet.
But I don't live my life on a possibility.
All in all. Atheists look to Science for proof. Religious believers look to faith, and history for proof. But neither has been truly proven.
