All you pathetic losers think that this imagery is acceptable? The woman was supposed to have had a miscarriage, but oh no - turns out the child didn't get time to play on an Xbox.

This was banned by public demand. Because 'real' people who have suffered the horror of a miscarriage have, rightly, found this depiction of a child being thrown out of a woman upsetting, given Microsoft have toyed with the notion that the infant would have died in a matter of seconds.
