Like it will sew in a straight line for like 2 seconds then it's like CLUMP of stringy mess. I don't know what to do. @MyOwnWorldMegan its probably because the tension is wrong for the fabric your using. get a small piece of the fabric you are about to use, and try a bunch of different tension settings. after you find the right one write it down on the sample fabric. i had the same problem, but this worked for me.

call the manufacture or email them direct. the place you bought it from is either being lazy with the warranty or just jerks. so email the manufacture, and if possible fax or email them a copy of the receipt (or just give them the details) and ask about the warranty. tell them you bought it, it doesnt work and the store wont return or exchange it.
