I spent an afternoon watching them film this movie in the summer of 1992 (downtown Spokane). They were filming the scenes in the video store. There were about 100 of us watching from the sidewalk across the street. I saw Johnny Depp and Aidan Quinn walk from the store to their trailers. A half block lot across the street was full of generator trruck, makeup, catering, costume and other vehicles.
