I don't know. It looks like we have to up to the insurance company to force our doctors and hospitals to take the losses to save our lives. If they can't afford those bills, they are going to give up on us. So we have to build and take back our hospitals, train and contract our own doctors and set our own laws to practice our medicine and operate our administration. Go to your non-profit organizations and churches and build it from there. Washington showed their half-hearten leadership already.

#2 when the auto insurance companies pushed for finacial responsiblity laws, the states who passed it were the benifactors of the fines and the insurance companies raised their rates ... did it make any safer? NO! the fact is the govt did nothing about forcing people to buy insurace and let them drive off violating their own laws.

you can see the letter from the department of homeland security demanding that each state hand over control of their national guard. you can see the bill pending in congress giving the white house control of all water in the us. if you have a pond in your back yard, and you want to do something with it, you will have to get permission and pay a fee.
