It depends.

If you like to play GBA games and DS games then go for the DS Lite. Since the DSi doesn't play GBA because they removed the slot, then the DSi is only for DS games users.

BUT it might not play GBA games anymore, but it DOES have a camera and can now play music, and a DSi shop. And some other features.

games look SLIGHTLY crisper though on the ds lite since they both have the same resolution the smaller, the one with a smaller screen will look better, its like watching SD on an HDTV..i just don't get why the dsi has a smaller battery?

I found a way to fix it if your ok with damageing it a little....

Anyways, I get something small and thin yet stronge, I use a mini screw driver, Pry In between the L button and the to face of the case, then blow in it. Just keep trying untill it works...

When I bought my ds they gave me the demo version for free and then I bought the full version, so I have both versions.The demo on the cartridge says first hunt but the full version says just METROID PRIME HUNTERS

so if it says first hunt, it's the demo
