It's much better having your own house compared to some condo complex in Manhattan, which would cost a fortune. Having your own backyard, to barbecue in summer, a garage of your own to put your tools and truck, no condo-fees, condo-board to deal with. I agree with Doug.

Living in an apartment/condo sucks doesn't even compare to having your own house and yard. Especially in the summer, it's nice to sit outside, barbecue, have a garage for your guy stuff, tools, workshop, the whole thing. I would never live in some condo complex, it would suck..
