I read that the Jaaaaaamie guy was going out with Mel B at the time. They went to the same school which is why they both have the same accent. She dumped him though. the used playback in "it's the only way to be" I think. When you're listening this verse on original CD you can hear 2 voices. They are both Mel B's. Her normal and low voice. In video of 2 become 1 only Mel B is singing this part, Victoria isn't. The had to use playback. I think victoria is just mimming, or she is singing very softly on lowly.
