The problem is, they did not file a response to the summons. Instead they talked and tried to negotiate with the bank.
If your in this situation you must file a response within 20 days of the foreclosure. Talk to a lawyer and fight. Go to the foreclosure defence websites. If your in the mid FL area their is no better champion than Matt Weidner, and I see a video of his just across the page.
