I don't. Not to mention George Bush doubled the president's salary from $200.000 to $400,000. Do they earn it? NO. Kennedy took the salary of $1 to be president, as they all should take no more than $1 salary. Even Bloomburg only takes $1 for salary as Mayor of NYC.
