  • Which tastes better this method or the baking method?

  • @weed3171 I prefer the "no-bake" method - but it's all down to personal taste ;)

  • @atllmand oh also, you'll need to add a little sugar if you use cream

  • do i HAVE to use lemon juice?

  • @julianawtf Yes - that's what makes it set ;)

  • My blueberry cheesecake is in the fridge! Can't wait! :D

  • i love it very much..thank u chef....can chef do mix fruit cheese cake?.....can i replace any cheese to goat cheese....

  • I made this with blueberries instead & it was delicious & simple to make.

One thing though- you don't need anything near 250gm of butter to make the base.

I used 70gm with excellent results.

  • Mine turns watery ehen i dont put e lemon jiuce and milk.why?

  • @DesertMURASAME You need the lemon juice and condensed milk ;)

  • i. am. dying. OH I HAVE TO HAVE THAT :)))

  • I browse through your videos thinking "I am going to make this recipe!" And then, out of the corner of my eye I see another recipe and think to myself "Actually, I'll make this one!" Five videos later I want to make every one I click on!

I will DEFINITELY be trying this recipe, though. It looks fun and delicious. I have your self-saucing pudding in the oven right now, so it's a good thing this cheesecake is a no-bake recipe, lol!

  • looks absolutely wonderful! I'll try to make it myself, thank you for the recipe

  • I'm jealous now.. I WANT ONE!!!

  • can I use the lemon juice that come in bottles? a little lazy to squeeze lemons ;)

  • @shaligirly Freshly squeezed lemon juice works better ;)

  • Is there any kind of replacement for "Sweetened Condensed Milk" ?

    This looks delicious btw :)

  • @atllmand any time I've made cheesecake I used double cream (aka heavy cream) and that worked fine

  • Made this Saturday for a Super Bowl gathering and it got many compliments. It was delicious, a good mix of sweet and tart. I did have an issue with it setting properly, though I expect it was due to non precise measurements of creamcheese (217g packs and so I had to guess to get the rest) and I am sure I put in more strawberries than I should have (about 350g is a guess.) Regardless it was good and some people asked where I got the recipe, so hopefully some new viewers! Thanks for the recipe. :)

  • Follow up - It set well for the most part, but was slightly runny in the center. I also was only using a 1.5 inch pie pan as I don't have a nice cheesecake making pan like you did. Do you think it was the over use of strawberries (easily my favorite fruit, so it was hard NOT to exceed.)

  • love your quick and easy desserts and this particular recipe looks yumm ♥

but can i use strawberry essence instead of the real starwberries ?

    Thank you

  • @QuinnFabforeveerrr You could use that, or strawberry jam. The jam would probably be better as it would have a few fruit chunks in it ;)

  • I made this yesterday...its delishh!..perfect recipe..... love all your vids!

  • I love how you're not pompous or annoying :)

  • I'm so glad I stumbled upon your videos! I have just recently realized that I have a passion for baking/cooking - these recipes are so non-overwhelming, I love it! (Hey, ignore comments from rudey-poos, they're not worth your time).

  • i think, i just used the wrong cream cheese :( it's pasteurized... what should i do?

  • Comment removed

  • hi chef,

can i use oreo cookies for this cheesecake?

  • @pholski Yes, Oreos will be fine ;)

  • @OnePotChefShow i'm planning to replace the strawberry with oreos, will it still set?

  • @pholski Yes, just don't leave out the lemon juice - that's what makes it set ;)

  • @OnePotChefShow thanks

  • I don't have any mixer, i only have a whisk, is it still possible for me to mix the block of cream cheese when i cubed it? Or can I substitute the block of cream cheese with the cream one? (the one looks like in the cup of yogurt, i'm not sure how to describe it...)

P.S: I really love this recipe, keep it up! :D

  • @TheKeyofDestinyXIII You really need a mixer for this. The mixer will achieve the right consistency and get air into the mixture. You can use a cheap electric hand mixer if you like ;)

  • @TheKeyofDestinyXIII A whisk would make it really difficult to mix these ingredients and your arm would likely want to fall off. Even with a hand mixer, I found myself mixing for a pretty good amount of time, can't imagine trying to do it with a whisk. Get to a department store or clearance store and pickup a $10-$15 hand mixer. It's worth it.

  • lol every time u reply to someones comment u always put a smiley face at the end of ur comment :)

  • @JibblyFilms No I don't hahahaha :P

  • i made my own one of these but filled the mixture with mini marshmellows and marangue and it was intence

  • "one pot"? is that supposed to be a drug refference?

  • @RockLobster7595 No, not a drug reference :)

  • Definitely going to give this recipe a shot. I have a friend who keeps on nagging me to make them a strawberry cheesecake and this recipe looks pretty cool!! Keep up the good work! :)

  • @ 1:33 did you mean 2 packages of 500 grams each or that it is 500 grams in total? :)

  • @sverige971 500g in Total (2 x 250g Packages)

  • This sounds yummy, I wonder if I used instant pudding if it would set ok? I'm allergic to the lemon...

  • so pink and pretttttty!

  • I made a Apricot cheese cake back in 2010, and topped it with Apricot Halves and a Apricot Juice/Gelatin mix ... You can do the same with Strawberry.

You have to TYPE the link in for it to work (Bloody YouTube) Copy and paste will NOT WORK!

  • Oh, you, torturing me like this!

  • Cheers from Brazil!! Dude, that looks great! I´m so gonna make this recipe. Thanks for sharing. -- Melissa.

  • looks lovely :)

  • lol, and condensed milk is extremly expensive.. surely not my go to recipe.. but it looks delicious! <3

  • we don't have cream cheese in romania, and I have no idea of what I could substitute it with :(.

  • I want this........ NOW!

  • No abs forever :DD

  • Sweeeeeet!!!!

  • I'll make this for valentines day

  • looks great :)

  • @OnePotChefShow

I'm allergic to lemons, limes and oranges. I wondering what can I use instead of Lemon Juice, and how much do I use?

  • @CelineSaddern You could use 1-2 Teaspoons of powdered gelatine (dissolved in a little hot water) instead of the lemon juice ;)

  • I'de love to nom nom nom.......but Cheesecake is WAY too rich, so....NIBBLE NIBBLE NIBBLE! (And strawberry is favorite, however, never had it IN the cheesecake, only in the sauce that's draped over it....so this IS a must try....David, u out did yourself!

  • You are the king!

  • Going to have to give this a try soon.

  • love your vids, gonna try this soon!

  • "increasing in volume quite a lot" that's what she said!! lol. This looks so delicioso!

  • can i just fold the berrys instead of mixing them into the cream cheese bcz i like it chunky :)

  • @omar390z You can do that too if you prefer ;)

  • Would it be the same thing if chocolate was added instead? And is condensed milk really necessary?

  • @DesertMURASAME Yes, you need to use condensed milk for this recipe. As for chocolate, I'd recommend using my "Chocolate Cheesecake" recipe - it's baked but it doesn't taste like a baked cheesecake. You'll find it in the "Desserts" playlist on my channel page ;)

  • @OnePotChefShow Noticed, that you like to 'extend' the biscuit base to the side, wouldnt that make the thickness of the base disappear along with the crunchiness?

  • @DesertMURASAME Not at all, the base is even on the bottom and the sides ;)

  • i love to se this show.. im a student on the cooking school where you learn to be a cook :P so this is nice to se ! :D

  • Instead of using crushed cookies can we use chocolate powder? Please reply.

  • @moanoranor For best results, I recommend using the cookie base as stated ;)

  • Mmmmm....I'm tempted to make this for breakfast. Thank goodness I don't have access to condensed milk and lemon! :)

  • yummm!

  • 8-10 ppl, are you mad bro?!! i aint sharing:-D

  • thankyou OnePotChef :)

  • NYUMMMMMYYYYY

  • i only have frozen strawberries on hand :( can i use frozen strawberries instead? or substitute with other berries? Love love LOVE your shows :D hope you can reply!

  • @christmasjingle16 Defrost the strawberries first so they break up and mix into the cream cheese mixture. You can also use other berries or any soft fruit you like ;)

  • I have been making this recipe for years, I just never added strawberries! Always get rave reviews for it!

  • all i can say is yum!!!

  • ur amazingg !!!!!

  • i always love no bake cake recipe..because i don't have oven..

  • Looks so good! Your partner must love all the delish baking and cooking you do :)

  • can you freeze it?

  • @SilverTsukiAngel24 You can, but it's better to make it fresh as needed ;)

  • I have to admit. I hate cheesecake. I've had to make cheesecake a million times in my life and if I never had to eat a cheesecake again, it'd be too soon. But this made me WANT to make a cheesecake!

  • this is awesome but it looks more like a yogurt cake rather than a cheese cake

  • its basically like the lemon cheese cake recipe! loved how easy it is..i will give it a try =)

  • Looks great!

I was wondering, can I replace the condensed milk?

    It's not available where I live :(

  • @xBreeTannerx Not really, this recipe kind of relies of the condensed milk. You might need to find a different recipe if you can't find condensed milk where you live.

  • @OnePotChefShow I've had success in replacing the condensed milk with double cream and a bit of sugar.

Love your recipe btw. Looks delicious :D

  • That looks sooo good!!

And I have the exact same old kendwood chef :)

  • This channel is very good. Good Job and thank you for sharing your love for cooking. Your videos, even If i will probably not follow you in the near future, are very entretaing and compelling to watch

good job , you got a friend from mexico.

  • look up Raw Vegan Cheesecake

  • I bet that would taste amazing :)

  • Looks good! No other sugar added; just the sugar from the cookie base and natural sweetness of the strawberries? I'm looking for tasty treats recipes with low sugar.

  • @Ghelmaron it has sweetened condensed milk in it, which is fulll of sugar :(

  • @emmer84 Whoops. I must have missed the 'sweetened' part of the milk. Thanks for the heads up. :)

  • OMG! This recipe s veeeery easy and the results is awwsome !

I'll try to find strawberry to made this. ( Strawberry season here is in June )
