It's STC. The ceiling & wood railings are a dead give-a-way. I still remember the old wood seats & planters you see in the video.

In fact, the bank that Willam Shatner walks into is now the upstairs Scotia Bank across from Moxie's.

That is STC and it is William Shatner. I was in that movie (background shot). It was a movie made for TV and has to have been shot at least 30 years ago. I have lived in the sates for 22 years.

that is the town centre. just look at the design of the roof, and the wooden bannister, they still have that today.

@kearbear1980 I remember when Warden Woods Mall was being constructed back in 1981 (it opened in March 1982), as I used to pass by it on the Bloor-Danforth Subway on my way to Kennedy Station all the time.

STC, on the other hand, had already been open for nearly a decade by that point, as that mall originally opened way back in 1973.
