Here is the answer...I also heard this on Pawn Stars. However, the song is a modern jingle played old style just to use in ads and paid for by what they call the needle drop. Thus Reeves has lots of famous stuff, but he is not a band from the 1930's, alas nor is this an excerpt from a longer song. I have to assume they played some unkowwn 78 and dubbed this song over it and presumably paid the licensee for its use.

I heard a clip of this song on the History channel's Pawn Stars episode The British Are Coming. It plays on the jukebox after its restored. The funny thing is that it was used to dub over what ever the jukebox was really playing. Coincidentally(?) the episode is partially based on Paul REVERE, he was an engraver and someone brought in a print he made. And here we have Paul REEVES as the composer...weird. Then I heard it on the Huggies commercial a couple weeks ago. Cool!
