But the non-patisan Brookings/Urban Tax polity Center says Obama's tax programs cuts taxes by 3.2 Trillion. I'd rather have a president who "blinks" in complex crises. Obama is the type of man who would rather take some time and really think about what his response will be rather than come up with a plan in five minutes that makes no sense to anyone and is instantly shot down even by their own party. McCain's "plan" wasn't really a plan, more like a knee-jerk response to something he knows nothing about. It doesn't show leadership to react so hastily to something without contemplating all angles.
