Ian Heaps has been one of the Best ambassodors to the world of Fishing , an absolute inspiration and one of the nicest guys you will meet . A World Champion in the Past and ( i believe ) held a world record at one time for the 5 Hour Match Record ( before the stocking of Carp everywhere) . Holgan Farm would be any Anglers Dream , well done Ian .
i fished it 6 or 7 years ago and was lucky enough to land my first carp at ian heaps lakes only a small common about 3 or 4 pound but it was something i'll never forget an awesome fishery and ian himself gave me the help i needed to land it, i would recomend it to anyone
@phil19872004 dude, the average now is around the 8 pounder commons/mirrors/ghosties... a lot of golden orphes and some beautiful fish there... you should definately go back down, and if you do... tell him the name adam jones, i used to fish in his junior squad but i have not been able to go down this year
