Why does Ancient Aliens have to simultaneously steal from and exclude Zecharia Sitchin? I already knew all of this and more, thanks to reading his 2002 book 'The Earth Expeditions

Chronicles'. The concept of the temple mount as being an 'Annunaki' spaceport (or rather, misson control) was uniquely, and originally Sitchin's, based off his own physical research. Every tome they say: "some ancient astronaut theorists believe", they mean "Sitchin theorized, and we all agree".... Just sayin'.

@troupedodoop Sorry but that analogy is way off. First in this episode they talked about the "whale" which based on some descriptions was more mechanical than flesh. Second the Bible is a collection of books from so many different people that it is impossible you can compare that to glyphs depicting pullies and "flying stones" which are just feet apart from each other and clearly done by the same people. There is no comparison between the two things.

How is it 'JUST as much of a leap of faith' when we have thousands of military documents about UFO's. Tracked them on radar , LOTS of pilots who witnessed them. The 'leap of faith' is the ignorance on your part about the UFO subject. The problem with (some) religious people is that they have a story and everything that doesn't match their story is seen as bullshit. The things ancient people reffered to as 'demons' is the same thing as aliens. (Don't read what I didn't write)

@Lightitupp1 Also don read what i didn write. i never said that i didn believe that UFOs don exsist or that unexplained events do not occur on a regular basis. All im saying is that the proof provided in this and other pieces is questionable at best. To assume that a human accomplishment such as the pyramids requires an extraterrestrial influence for completion is undermining the genuis of mankind. Achem's razor does not always apply but in this case i think it does.

Questionable of course , but that is mainly because of the way we are raised. People get convicted to dead or life in prison because of eye witnesses , but when it comes to UFO's it suddenly is riddiculous. Even when we are talking about trained observers (police , military , pilots). And its insane to imply that the pyramids were build with the tools those people supposedly had. It's funny to me when people even think they build it with primitive tools as that is insane.

@Lightitupp1 i believe there is something to the UFO phenomenon. Like you said there are too many reliable witnesses to think otherwise. However i am not willing to believe they are responsible for all of humankinds great accomplishments. People often attribute God-like qualities to aliens...i think its an attempt to find meaning to deeper questions like what is the purpose of life. Its the modern day equivelant of watching the sun rise and believing chariots in the sky are responsible

why is it so hard for people to see this is most likly the reason for religion? personally i have never experienced anything supernatural at all no ghosts no angels no prayer been answered. i have seen strange lights in the sky that cannot be planes or shooting stars. and i have seen satelites shoot at each others in the night sky one dissapears and the other keeps going???? if there is a creator to our universe it will be nothing like what we can imagine. religion is soon gonna have 2 go 4 good
