I think Tsunade because she's outlived her role, but she's one of the only people left who know naruto's real parents and alot of things about them, so i bet she has to tell naruto that yet..

Kakashi still remains like a mentor of naruto and he's quit skilled, as jiraiya and tsunade said, kakshi will most likely become the next hokage and after that naruto.

This might sound strange or studip idk, anyway at 3:40 when it shows all the peins doesnt it look like the one to the left of pein looks like Kakuza the other Akatsuki member and the one the second person on his right looks a lot like Hidan? I'm guessing when jiraiya was dying he sent a message that if the leaf was trying to kill pain's six bodies that they would have no luck cuz the real one's not there. Nagato is controlling them.

my guess is he controlles them with the piercings on their faces using some kind of jutsu from far away, and i think konan is there to protect the six bodies' blind spot or something. Tobi tells pain what to do xD
