F2P Can use hats. They can get from friends, such as trading or Giftable. If a F2P is a friend of a very very item collector guy, he may got lucky. Not want to say much, but I started as F2P and I was pretty good, discovered to do sentry jumps on my own and etc. I upgraded to full after about 1-2weeks.
