  • Tops!

  • thats a studio

  • dream home ^.^

  • Hey, it's Mujic !

  • this spot is bitchin.

  • W o W! This is absolutely beautifullllll

  • my dream is to have a loft apartment in toronto

  • LOL!!!! Great Interior design project!!! I love it!! I live in Brazil and down here there are no buildings like yous! Congratulations for the apartment!

  • Looks fantastic! I live in Phoenix and there aren't any such places here besides one Art Deco building downtown.

  • That is one very nice place;)

  • i want the dog! its soooooooo cute!!!!!!!

  • beautiful place.

  • I've been dreaming about this loft last night. Great inspiration!

Paging Therence this is what I want for my loft project. :))

  • I cant think of anything better for a handsome single male, like me. lol. I'm thinking of moving to Toronto soon and this is what I'm looking for. Whats the rent rate on this?

  • I don't know. It wasn't up as a rental - it was a full sale. If I were to guess, I would guess around $2000/mo.

  • well holy fucking frantic Friday. Will I find similar for under $700 month? lol, i know. I'm kinda cheap for converted factories but I'm also on a tight budget at least for the first months.

  • Try speaking to a real estate agent - they would know more than myself.

  • oki doki. Thanks

  • I rented my loft for 819 a month. 2100 sq ft. 2 bedroom.. little different style but similar feel. you can find them in buildings that offer affordable housing programs with an income cap though. basiclly I got it for 1/2 price because i made under 30K a year.

  • Hollling Place Apartments in Buffalo, also lofts are only around 700 a month. Then again you gotta consider the difference in per-capita income around the country.

  • wish to live there. thanks for uploading your nice vid. helps me to dream a little more of my future loft!

  • is that in toronto?

  • Yes

  • holy crap do i want a loft.

How much did it cost you to convert it?

  • I did not convert it. It was sold already converted. I am also not the owner - this video was shot when I visited it while it was for sale.

  • I like all aspects of this loft.

Where can i get such a dead tree of plant of what is it next to the televisor?

  • I hope that program keeps up because it is a waste to destroy those buildings. Doing that with them sounds great.

  • That is an amazing apartment! The view out the window didn't look like an area that, that nice of a place would be in.

  • The area is full of old factories, distilleries & machine tooling companies. Rather than tear them down, the unique architecture was kept and re-designed internally in to living units. The area has been run down over the years, but there is currently a large project in place to revitalize the area. There are some very interesting buildings in this location.

  • i like this, where in TO is this , liberty village??

  • Broadview Lofts, 68 Broadview Avenue.

The building is a conversion - beautifully crafted in all common areas. If the area were nicer, I would have definitely bought here.

  • damn that guy who lives there must get mad honey dips!
