A more challenging situation when you back mount your opponent, however, is when he is so fast that he is able to grab your left forearm (in this vid) with BOTH his hands, before you are able to grab your own left wirst with your right hand.

Any suggestions as to how to get to the RNC final position when this happens ?

you need to threaten the rnc with your right arm, this will force him to defend and as soon as he does, go back to establishing the seatbelt grip as shown. it is also important to note that you can switch your over-under grip on both sides. now your opponent will have to juggle removing your grip, defending an impending choke, and removing your hooks!

Have you ever heard of a "front naked choke" - like an arm triangle choke, without the opponent's arm in the way ?

I know it is not allowed in competition, but neither are heel hooks, and there are vids of heel hooks.
