actually there are a lot of things u could do make better..
1) at the part after the ring.. the white part with the water channel u can take a small shortcut by going down after the second white wave... u wont die going down there
2) at the part with the long ladder up u can turn around in the air, strafe, and jump on the ladder immediately without landing in the water... if u are good in strafing u can even go past the ladder to the small wave... there u can save a lot of time
