I was taking a look at your facebook page and felt bad that you guys went under a lot of heat from people because of the storm's "inconvenience" and even though I'm still out of people (estimated to come back tomorrow) I always felt that PSE went above and beyond restoring power with help from other line crews in quickly as possible.
