@kenney321 The trick to a smooth gybe is to do it when your boat is moving the fastest. a good way to do this is to gybe when surfing, however if you aren't experience in high speed gybe you may just loose control because of the way you've positioned your weight in the boat when you're moving so fast. when your boat is going faster there is less force on the sail because of apparent wind vectors. this means your sail will swing over gently and you likly won't capsize
